Wishlist if Elsa ever gets a moderate or value buff

Thing I would want changed or improved if Elsa ever gets buffed.

1. Reduce counter attack to 5 secs.
2. Extend purify ability to include damaging debuffs except bleeds
3. Reduce the time it takes to purify a debufff to 1 sec.
4. Reduce bleed duration by 50% and double the degeneration.
5. Increase the potency of all curelty and precision buffs.

    I'm not saying she needs a buff but if our overlords ever thinks she needs one these are the changes I would like to see.

    It'll be a long time before they buff her, IMO. Already great. Plenty of champs need it more.

    Yeah while at it lets buff BWCV too.. make all her specials apply bleed, incinerate, and poison 2 stacks of each and also every special has a regen...
