Who's the better champion overall?

Well after Ultron buff, He became usable. But due to his bugged(/buffed) damage, I am still holding him at r3 as I believe Kabam is going to "fix" his damage.
Still what are your thoughts?

G²⁰⁹⁹ is better, but I use Ultron a lot more. Just really not a fan of the whole sp3 thing.

Ultron is more forgiving with screwups and has comparable damage (depending on G2099s combo meter) whilst being less skill intensive, but G2099 has better damage and comparable utility

Ultron has the better regen, DOT, an extra immunity eventually in slow, and with sig reduces incoming incinerate and shock debuff durations by up to 75%.

Guilly has the better power control, damage, heal reversal, and easier intercepts, but very much so reliant on her combo meter.

I definitely prefer ultron between the two but both a great tech champs. Not a fan of guillys playstyle though, ultron is very fun to play.
