I've been a loyal player, not since the game came out, but early 2017. I've waited patiently for this game to get back to what it use to be. However since roughly June it has been one dumpster fire after another with no end in sight. I'm really close to calling it a wrap. I realize one person leaving the game has zero affect on kabaams bottom line, but I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person feeling this way.

Well....I was testing this with 4 stars....restarted the game and all the objectives are gone. LOLZ

Here’s what to do:
Don’t make it a level up event. Or a rank up event.
Make it another stupid complete X amount of fights with X, Y, or Z champion.
Oh and make sure that the champs we need to complete the fights with aren’t champs like Weapon X, Thanos, Goldpool, Platpool, or Kang.

I think we can all agree that the previous weeks at their worst were just grindy and if required resources at most it was energy refills.

However I believe we are due an explanation for the design philosophy behind this last week's solo objective. I'm sure you have enough data to know a lot of players have all their champions at certain rarities at max level and rank up resources are the rarest in the game and way more finite compared to something like energy refills, so whoever made this objective clearly has a lack of understanding on the economics of the game system and should really be evaluated whether they are fit to continue in thier role.

Additionally surely these decisions go through a few audits before going onto the live version so whoever then reviewed this final week's objective either was slacking or just flat out didn't care about the playerbase. Overall this is a really bad sign considering the state of the game has already been slipping down a slope.

So.. I think shutting it down was the right call, but now you've pulled the event while I was a few million gold and a ton of iso toward those 6* shards, and now I can't get those either?

I have only been doing cavilar difficulty and now i have to go back and do all of the other difficulties to skip this ridiculous event. This just shows how disconnected the developers are from the game!

I’m a free to play player who just did level up, and I expect many people who are so actively concerned here are free to play. It costs 393,173 generic iso for 24 levels on a 6* rank 1 champ, and roughly 400,000 gold. This event calls for 100 levels, which is just over four champs from rank 1 to 25 (if you have not already ranked those champs up. That is, 1.6 million gold and iso, best case scenario for generic iso. Most people did the level up earlier and probably burned their class iso.

If you are doing this for 6* rank 2 champs because you had been keeping up with your 6* rank 1 champs, let’s call it 3 rank ups from rank 1-35 for 6* rank 2. Generic iso, that is 657,644 generic iso per champ, or close to 2 million gold and iso.

Most people had focused on one difficulty because the side event was a lot. Fine. It was a mistake, but this was foreseeable.to drop this, after people had made their choice for 4 weeks, is breathtakingly shortsighted. I am sure the fact that it hit at the end of level up, with one single level up between now and October 6, is an unhappy accident. But this cannot stand. Other weeks are an accident, but this is so preventable that it is much more egregious a mistake.

Solutions:

1.) Divide every rank up requirement by 10. The whole final week should require 10 levels/ranks/champs, not 100.

2.) Announce an end to a gate on the October event, and do so with a sense of urgency.

3.) Make a note for the future. I understand objective-based events might have been necessary while fixing the iOS timing issues. That grace is gone now, and was unfortunately used in the worst way these past few weeks. These mistakes are not ones to repeat.

The people angry with this decision are angry because something they have invested time and money into has been mistrust. Most here, and the ones that Kabam should be concerned with, will respond positively to good faith gestures. We need that now, and soon. @Kabam Miike

You already had one point on the objective. Then you stopped on level 9 and leveled up which was the threshold to the next objective level. Then you started putting more levels on your Cyclopes. If you had put more levels passed level 9 on Cyclopes before restocking your iso, then you would have lost those points.

ARE YOU KIDDING RIGHT NOW. WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WHO DID ALL 7 BY ACTUALLY RANKING LEVEL UP LIKE 100 TIMES? I had to rank 2 champs, take then to level 35 and then level up 2 other champs. This is a nightmare

Whoa, wait. So first you tell us that we need to complete the first level of this solo objective, and now you take it down?

I just ranked up two 6* meme tier champs 10 times to complete the first level and when I go to collect the level one objective rewards for Cavalier (I believe it was 2 alpha catalysts?) they are gone? Where are my alphas? I just ranked up those meme tier 6* champs for nothing?

What a disaster. Now I'm out the gold and iso for nothing. What is going on?

So I just used resources to level a six star up to do this terrible objective just to find it gone. Are you going to refund my resources so I cane use them when the “better” objectives are in place?
