Now since its been 1 month since his buff... What are your thoughts on miles buff?? Havent seen people talking about his buff beside seatin ... UKM has posted an awesome video about him which is really made me rank him up and his buff is really nice... ofcourse against unblockable its like bgt but beside he now really is usable in normal gameplay ( i know lot of core miles fans wanted it to be more ) but still his buff is really nice ...!!! What are your thoughts?? Have you been using him?

Thought he was another “meh” buff like gamora, ronin, guilly so i slept on him. Then I saw he has guaranteed miss against unblockable which is an incredible niche utility to have. The taunt is also cool. Going to r5 him

Wish the miss worked against the collector 100% of the time. He seems to reduce the ability accuracy of things that shouldn’t be reduced by ability accuracy

Wasn’t it fixed? I have a feeling that I saw a solo somewhere…anyway it is pretty annoying to have a complete counter and still get screwed

I haven't used him much so I can't really judge him. I only have an unawakened 5r4 and I don't really feel like ranking him up unduped or using a generic gem on him. I don't have any sig stones anyway, and all of the ones I do get will be going into Mr. Fantastic for the time being. If I get him awakened, I'll probably sig him up and try him out. However, I'm a little tired of sig-heavy science champs. Especially since I'm currently on the hunt for a 6* science champ.

You could say I’m a fan. I use him all the time, he’s a lot of fun and he hits like an absolute freight train. I just did my 7.2 exploration this past week and he was a workhorse for it

I have at 6r3 sig44 and I like him a lot. Good damage and great against unblockable specials.

His miss mechanic is based on ability accuracy. 35% base, 105% against unblockable

The activation of the camo is unaffected by ability accuracy. The camo will always activate. The effectiveness of it might be subject to ability accuracy reduction.

I don't think so. If a champion has falter on you, no amount of AAR will prevent you from missing. You can test this by taking Sinister against Prof X, he's got 100% concussion on sp2. Get faltered, use sp2 and it will miss.

That's a different ability, that works differently.

This is kinda like Magik limbo. Limbo is just the ability that triggers multiple other one's. Kinda like Spider-Camo.

If the limbo was immune to AA modifications, it would only allow the limbo ability (icon) to trigger as often as stated. The regeneration and damage would still be affected by AAR.
Another example would be Darkhawk mode's. They will always trigger, but the other abilities from the modes can fail.

His camo is definitely bugged and the effectiveness is not affected by AAR. That's like saying that while Ghost is phasing, her miss chance can fail because of AAR. As far as I can tell, abilities like miss don't work that way anywhere.

I think I assessed him properly: a champ that fills a utility niche while also having good-to-great damage. It was a good overhaul, even if I don't enjoy using him due to his 'mission' mechanic, and the high sig semi-requirement.

I won't rank the 5* unless he gets a decent sig level naturally, but I'd get some good use out of a 6r1 if I pulled him.

Don't forget his Miss is against ALL Unblockable Attacks, not Just Unblockable Specials, meaning if you're going up against someone like this Month's EQ Agent Venom Boss who's Unblockable while Armor Up is active (and gains a Long Armor Up every 10 Hits). That means he can't touch you, minus the Sp3 of course.

Then you'll love him in 7.3. Definitely handy is some horrible node+champ combos e.g. Agent Venom + Perforate (unblockable specials).

Yeah, I just used him against the sorcerer supreme boss in 7.3.4 and he cheesed right through it, it was a thing of beauty. And with the constant taunt I was putting on her, I didn’t have to worry about the power gain

R3 sig 200 since buff release. Was a little worried when True Focus was making an appearance but presently suprised with the amount of use he gets in 7.3.

I would love kabam to do their descriptions with immune to defensive aar, or immune to oaar. Instead it winds up being a well, I dunno.

Passive, can their be a single language for all affects? Once a year, add, subtract, modify? It's really not that hard.

I think he's still meh or at most okay. I have a r2 duped. I took him up mainly cos he's one of my favorite comic characters like DDHK whom they also butchered with that terrible regen rate. The miss on unblockable is niche. He's gonna get those specific matchups where he gets some use. I don't think he'll even the best option, there will be others prolly even better. Half the times we won't be able to use that ability. We were just fortunate Kitty came and now true focus is off in AW, also the community complain. We have no idea what they're cooking next, to minimize Ghost and Quake, which could possibly hurt champs like Miles. They were stingy with his buff i'd say
- The ramp charges should have been reduced (the synergy should have been in his base kit)
- His rupture debuff should have stacked
- And a means to pause or refresh his passive fury. His fury damage was locked in his signature ability and high sig for that matter, the pay off should have be worth it by a pause or refresh mechanic.
This would have made his usage more encouraged in non-niche situations. A normal champ we can use eveeryday and enjoy.
It's funny how Kabam say they try to help change the meta of playable champs with certain nodes and the likes (esp in AW) yet miss such opportunities to give us fun and enjoyable champs that can serve as reliable alternatives to the same champs most people seem to use.
