I'd wait on Karnak until his buff is properly out. Ranking champs prebuff most likely will burn you.

Ragnagod is amazing now, not only for prestige anymore.

I mean no matter what you should wait for the karnak buff gameplay to be safe.

As someone who has used elsa at rank 2 a lot now bringing her into map 7 aq as well as plat war on occasion, I considered taking her up to rank 3 then pulled moleman and duped fury so, lol. I can say she is probably the more strictly useful champ overall but just based on videos rags seems way more fun to play as well as capable of much higher damage output.

It's really dealer's choice, if the karnak buff flops you can't go wrong with either option.
