Eq 3.2 sp3 bug?

Sorry if this topic is posted somewhere else, couldn't find it.
I've tried multiple champs and only one was able to give damage, all other champs do no damage whatsoever.
Anybody else had this happen?

Might be champ dependent. I used warlock for a couple fights and his sp3s did no damage every time

I used my 5 star havok' in this quest. Was gonna finish off the fight with so3. But that big sp3 did a big '0' damage
