The Champion mini buff idea

When The Champion was released his CHAMPION OF THE UNIVERSE ability was based on some of the best champs in the game back in 2018 (see below list). Now that the game's over 3 years older and a huge list of champs in game have taken the mantle as most powerful, should they update the list of champions that fall under the CHAMPION OF THE UNIVERSE to include some of the new heavy hitters (Hercules, Shang Chi, Kitty Pride, Comic Ghost Rider, Black Widow Claire, Doom, Fury, Apocalypse), but also keep the ones that were there before?

I think it would be an easy/quick mini buff to make him a little more relevant and usable in the current Meta.

Honestly it just needs to be active against all champs. The game is going to continually spit out new characters. Having a specific list will never stay relevant. Even then, I feel that would do little for him.

What if it was tied to the 6* featured crystal. Would be an interesting idea and give him an edge with new champs entering the contest.

A couple of other thoughts:
1 - Annual Update based on champion data - could be an interesting thread to see who makes the grade...
2 - make it effective against Tags like #Elder, #Villain of the Contest
3 - Make it activatable as a Prefight ability

Worse thing to do is to have a champion with inconsistent abilities that can/will change from time to time.

Mind as well just rework that ability to include a specific tag, instead of specific champions

The Champion of the Universe has not need for a buff, he defeats all challengers.
