Hawkeye doesn't crit bleed on perfect releases anymore?

Or is this bugged cause I could've sworn each special attack on perfect release caused a crit bleed

It's been bugged for a couple of weeks, and has been acknowledged by the mods. There's a thread already in Bugs: https://forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/discussion/289647/hawkeye-s-crit-bleeds#latest
