    Well, Kabam did previously release a 'Bloodletting' crystal containing Crossbones; a champ with no ability to cause Bleed...

    Well, perhaps in the bloodletting way of causing blood to be spilt?
    IMIW managed to do it to Thanos, I think X-Bone could cause some bleeding if he got more screentime than he did
