Max sig is nice but not really needed. S20 is fine if your only after the Regen.
Only s200 if you want cheaper Regen. Other skill champs benefit more from sigs

Blades Regen was never that powerful in-lore. 100% is Deadpool/Wolverine levels.
Blade has never gotten limbs back, only large cuts slowly.
71% is a fitting bar.

I'd like 75% more but eh
