Nebula unduped worth taking up to 4/40?

    I'm assuming you are talking about 4* champs, right?
    For her, probably NOT if you have other choices to do so, such as:-

    1) Starky (worth R5)
    2) Star Lord (need to dup, worth R5)
    3) Ultron (worth R5)
    4) Vision AoU (worth R5)
    5) Vision OG (worth R5)
    6) Doc Oc (worth R5)
    7) Rocket (worth R5)
    8) Yondu (worth R4, okay to R5 if you have extra resources)
    9) Nebula (worth R4, okay to R5 if you have extra resources)
    10) The rest (worth R3 for Arena grinding)
    ....
    ....
    20) Hulkbuster <--- you should keep 1 or 2 @ R1, for sandbagging in Arena

    And Green Goblin? I don´t have many 4* tech champions, only 6, Star Lord and Vision are on 5/50 duped, the rest Hulkbuster, Rocket are on 3/30 unduped, and Iron Man duped 4/40. And now i have GG on 3/30 unduped, is he worth 4/40 or 5/50?

    Personally I don't think GG is worth the resource to R4 or R5, dupped or undupped, better keep the T4b for other classes, and keep the T4cc for new champs coming your way, cheers!

    I would score Nebula a little higher than where you placed her. but that list of yours is spot on.

    Thing is, I really like using her. She hits really hard. She's map 6 worthy as a 5*. Offers double immunity. I never even use her shock stack because it takes your ability to parry away.

    When I was starting out, I would clear event quest and story mode bosses with her on a suicide mission. Very useful. But...not as useful as the folks @shchong2 pointed out.
