I am sure there will be new champs and nodes. Hope they don't have a knull or peni to fight. That would be pain

They've specified that there will be different names to each part, and just with basic game design it makes sense to design different encounters. It is possible that they reuse either the champs, the nodes, or some of the objectives (for instance, I still think the final week will probably restrict the classes that you can bring in) but most of it will hopefully be different to alleviate boredom.
