Didn't Get Side Quest Special Rewards

I just completed the Week 4 side quest with a Mutant team. Despite 100% completion, I didn't get the special rewards (T3 Alpha Shards and the monthly crustal shards). Anyone else facing this?

    Do the objectives in order; objective 1 for week 1 then objective 2 for week 2 and so on.

    Hey there, as some have mentioned, these objectives need to be completed in order, so if you haven't finished the Objective from one of the previous weeks, that'll need to be completed first.
