Should I upgrade (R1 to R2) an unawakened 6 star Omega Red or max out an awakened 5 star Havok?

Havok is still a great champ, if not ranking quite as high as he once did.

Brilliant against Wiccan this month; and all the other champions getting introduced who do Energy damage on basic attacks.
