Massive amount of game crashes in AW.

No idea if Kabam is aware of this, but there is rampant game crashes/disconnects. It seems to be happening vs global defender champs with a variety of champs being used.

I implore you to take the time to actually look Into this.

The fight will just stop for a few seconds and freeze. Then the app just crashes.

    So far we’ve seen just in my alliance void vs Mephisto. Shehulk vs mordo. There are other videos in line chats of similar occurrences from other alliances.

    I believe someone made a YouTube of it as well that’s gotten buried.

    Everytime the fight just freezes and then after a few seconds the game crashes.

    I encountered the same behaviour. 3 fights, HT against Mordo on mixmaster in AW with the conduit defence tactic. All fights crashed within 10 seconds.

    I assigned shehulk vs hyperion on footloose. An alliance mate went to execute the fight. Everytime shehulk would do a heavy attack the game would crash and just close itself. He died 5 times without being able to remove health fron the defender. I had to force through with herc and revives (cause of course herc doesn't counter that node nor hype). I had no disconnections so I grinded my way through the fight. But this is impossible to deal with in season. My friend would item out to that hyperion

    My usage of energy refills (small and full) are reflecting onto my war item usage too. Not a huge issue as I don't need items in the tier I'm now playing in but I can see that causing a lot of issues for other players in higher tiers etc @Kabam Miike

    This happened multiple times with she hulk vs mordo on mix master when her sp2 is used .

    This isn’t a lag issue . The phone freezes for about 10 seconds and crashes and this isn’t device specific and happening on both android and iOS devices .

    There has been also crashes with other champs .

    I don’t think the season should be continued until these issues are sorted . With changes to loyalty and this now seems like you guys want to kill AW on purpose ( maybe to promote Battlegrounds )

    I completely agree, we gave away 9 deaths to hyperion on footloose because of this issue. Season is unplayable under these circumstances.

    I tested this but it doesn't happen to me. I asked my teammates to try this one out. Maybe it will happen to some of them too

    Yeah it's weird, some in my ally haven't had the issues, had one other have the same thing 🤷‍♂️. I have seen some posts on the forum since posting it of others having the same issue and providing videos to show it, I know one of them Miike had been active on with regard to it. Just don't see any point in posting it on more than 1 thread 😂

    void and torch and with shehulk .. when these heroes try to reverse the regeneration of the character who enjoys the global node The game crashes and throws you out

    Regarding Void , torch and she hulk , when these champions try to reverse regeneration of a champion benefiting from the Global node , the game then crashes causing a time out and death*

    Well I posted a video of my Torch crashes against Diablo in the Blacklist ban thread. It was very soon after War36.1 started to test the Conduit tactic and using a 'Blacklisted' attackers. I assumed it was directly tied to the Blacklist on the backend somehow but maybe more tied to a different issue against fighting certain global champions? After 2 failed attempts/crashes with Torch against the Conduit Diablo, I just did the fight w/ Thing and everything in that fight went smooth.

    I did not have any more fights against global champs this war and no one else reported issues w/ crashing their fights (Conduit or not) in my Battlegroup or Alliance so 🤷🏼‍♂️...

    I'm on game version 36.1.1 and using an iPhone 11 Max Pro w/ iOS 15.6

    We're working to address this as quickly as we can, but if we can't, we'll have to take another look at the season start date. I am not comfortable starting a season like this.

    Thank you for the logical assessment. Not only does it cost a ton of loyalty to heal up after a crash, it will ruin entire wars when margins are usually only a 1-2 deaths at higher levels.

    Here’s an idea maybe share these proposed big war rewards increases for next season so we can all decide if it’s even worth still playing this mode. The suspense is killing me.

    Totally random thought but since this season has gone to asgardian Hel, can we just postpone it to 2 weeks and have the S36 start with updated rewards instead?

    I would like to report a crash using Elsa vs Terrax (a global attacker vs a global defender), the first time i went in, the game crashed, Did not happen after this.

    Please cancel the season the war is at a toxic state right now and I thinks it’s best to just cancel the season at this point. Focus on fixing the game
