Nebula power drain and lock bug [Under Investigation]

Why has this been broken for so long. I would love Nebula if this would work. That's the only reason I did not grind for her a couple weeks back. Please fix.

    Hey @iR0NLuNG!I am pretty sure Nebula needs to stack some shocks on the opponent first to apply the power drain and power lock!Also based on the number of stacks the power drain and the duration of power lock get bigger!!!

    P.S:It would have been great if she could deal even a small amount of power drain(and maybe a short power lock) without any shock stacks and just let them increase them if you stay them as well!

    Jumping into this topic... even with stacked shock, the power drain does not work when using sp1. There is a bug

    I tried with 10 shocks stacked, did parry and transferred shock, then did sp1... did not work.
    It says power drain, but nothing drained

    Similar thing happened to me yesterday, except I only had about 6-7 stacks of Shock on the enemy. Just tested her again now and it worked so I'm not sure whats up.

    Hey guys. I just tested this out, and my SP1 was definitely draining power. Can you let me know a specific game mode and opponent where you've seen this happen? Thanks.

    im not a heavy user of nebula but it seems to me that sometimes it will work sometimes it wont kinda like rng in a way lol

    My Nebula suffers the issue too. Power drain doesnt drain any power...
    Arena fights.

    Need to have charges stacked on the opponent in order for it to work. I've never had an issue pulling this off when I want to. But very rarely is there a situation where I want to drain the opponents power with nebula. It takes forever to stand back and charge blocks and by then I could have had the opponent killed by then 2 times over.

    This is frustrating, you have to produce shock to get power lock. Makes me realize Vision is still better at power control.
