Will 5* be Story banned in act 9?

Hi folks,
With the arriving of 7* next spring, i asked myself If 5* will be banned in Story contend like 4* from act 6 and beyond.

When will act 9 aprox arrive? Late fall 23?
Or if they get banned, more likeley in act 10?

I expect some sort of outrage when this happend. Allthoug i would make sense i guess.
