Just became Thronebreaker - am I entitled to the Cavalier Event Quest Exploration rewards

So - just beat Grandmaster and have 1 R3 6 Star - so became Thronebreaker.

I had already fully completed the Cavalier Event Question - but I see there is a reward for it now as Thronebreaker - but I can't earn it. Should i be able to get it?

Just do another path and hopefully that activates it for you

Send a ticket to Support. Saw someone else here saying that they got the rewards retroactively after writing to Support.

I don't think u'll be able to get the reward this time but from next month u will
Exploration of EQ triggers the reward & u were a Cav when u explored it
Technically u should get it but may be the way code is written, it's preventing access to those rewards since the trigger happened before u were a Thronebreaker
May be the support team will be able to help
