Right now it is Spider-Man No Way Home. Opened the door to so many live action possibilities as well as brought back my man Toby.How’s your day going?
It’s Sunday and I’m not working as well as got a great deal from Kohl’s, so it’s going pretty dang good.How much content have you completed?
Just completed Act 7 and finally paragon. Still haven’t done abyss though because my resource management is terrible and I’m a scrub.What’s your roster look like?

When did you join MCOC?
According to me purchase history I started spending December 2014. I took a year break though and didn’t get fully into until after that. Now it’s a potential bad habit.What got you into the game?
I’m what you may call a nerd and dig the marvel universe. Plus DC injustice banned my account for an error on their part and couldn’t fix it so it gave me more time to dedicate to this game.What’s your most controversial MCOC opinion?
I like the underdog champs and would usually use them and hate the mainstream ones. Champs like King Groot, Old Man Logan, and even a Spider-Gwen are ones I ranked up and used pre-buff. Almost every champ I feel has a place in the contest and can be used effectively.Why is that opinion that way?
it all started when Cat Murdock bet I wouldn’t us an awakening gem on King Groot back when I was still collecting for stars years ago. I said bet and never looked back. Used him in ROL as part of my first completions run and went with 30 min fights… each.Who was the best champion released in 2022, and why?
For me it’s gotta be Galan or Spider Supreme. Galan I was hesiten on until I used him and he has came in clutch. Spider Supreme just looks cool and I going for him this next featured.Thoughts on relics?
They weren’t what I was thinking they’d be and I was sad to see this is how they introduced strikers. I think they were rushed and another unfinished thought that’s still being built on. Maybe they’ll be updated and actually fit into the contest but for now, it ain’t for me. Plus I don’t know why they have their cool relic skin but when used it’s the actual champion. I’d rather it be the relic version of them.Name a champion you want to see in game, and explain why.
Knull Apostate Carnage. I love Carnage and I think this version could bring a brand new monster and threat to the contest and help unleash chaos.What changes do you want to see to MCOC?
Well like everyone, I hope to see a working game where each patch doesn’t rip of the bandaid a bit more. However id also like to see the continued communication of Kabam and the player base. It’ used to be a pattern of promise and action for a few months then silence, but now it has gotten a lot better and it helps too see them listen to the community and helps to explain when they make weird node choices.What makes content in MCOC fun?
Being able to use different champions or figure out champions that can bypass nodes or use them against the defenders is fun. Also the new champs and interactions.You can put one thing in MCOC. What is it?
Skins. I want to that funko pop burned King Groot version and marvel zombies.Name one champion that you feel is underrated by the community.
Invisible Woman. She is actually a great champ, just that due to passive AI it’s hard to find a game mode where she shines, but if you’re able to get the AI to be aggressive, she really stands out.If you could go through any Act again for the first time, which one would you go through and why?
Act 6 pre nerf. I rage bought units to pass the champion before the first nerf and I’d like to see if I could do it now with my developed skill or if it would still get me to want to throw my phone at the wall.What do you hope to accomplish in the following year?
I hope to finally do one path of abyss so I can ignore it for another couple of years.Write a couple paragraphs explaining the utility and usability of the character you know the best.
It’s gotta be my favorite champ King Groot. He is a beast of a tree and has so much utility and versatility. He has a massive health pool and when duped, is able to regen and create massive sustainability. After the buff, it really helped his dmg especially for the longer fights. He is agrest bio counter, he can counter poison vulnerability champs and robots, his armor breaks work with despair, and his shrug helps to keep thos pesky debuffs off.
Depending on the champ, I normally like to stack a few armor break debuffs in order to get more dmg potential. I usually pair him with iBom as the synergy helps him gain more malice as well as causes him to poison champs while is on cooldown. This also helps though to get him more furies for the next active phase and if you can get an sp2 ready, the dmg and DOT dmg can be insane.
He isn’t an overly complicated champ that is both useful or new and older players sand still has value in later stages of the contest such as against superior Kang.
His weakness however is BWCV. If she is able to get an SP2 off then it just cripples him repeatedly and unless she changes to her poison or fire cure mode, bleed mode just helps her punish the poor majestic tree man.Why’d you choose to be a Forums Guardian?
Honest reason, I spent an unreasonable amount of time on it even at work or just relaxing. I also felt pretty helpful so wanted to see if I could become one to justify my addiction and help others more.Any socials you’d like to plug?
