Domino. Her AAR and unavoidable damage seemingly has no rhyme or reason, even when using champions that are theoretically immune to AAR. Add in an evade that seemingly occurs more than 10% of the time, and it makes her annoying to use on offense or as well as being baffling on defense.
I'm gonna add: all these only happen when she's the DEFENDER. I may not play her a lot but I reportedly haven't got a regular bleed out of mine's special in over a year, much less a critical bleed. I should have counted and calculated the odds but I'm pretty sure I'd be more likely to pull a 7* Quake from a Premium Hero Crystal at this point.
My answer though would be MODOK because no other champion calls me an idiot when I try to hit them.

• Beast • Psylocke • Superior Ironman • Abomination • Red Goblin • Agent Venom • Captain America (both versions)
Red Goblin does not need an overhaul. Maybe a way to gain his persistent charges faster and a way to access frenzy earlier but that's it. Also Silver Centurion is pretty good
Galan - he is way overpowered, especially in a BG doesn't have a single defender that counters him, don't say he is torch broken cuz he can only nuke most mystics and some energy based defenders, so far 3 seasons galan just oneshots from tech to mystics

Yep, that's the right answer. Everyone knows how fantastic he is, but that's the problem itself. If one champ was responsible for the announcement yesterday, it's definitely Herc.

Wiccan and Rintrah stop him from gaining buffs at all. Domino and any other champion capable of lowering his AA shut him down too. The pool is limited but there are counters
