Apoc /Cable synergy is not working.. again

I entered an EQ map with both and Apoc started with only 1 genetic potential...

    ....and now just defeated a mutant and got only one charge.. smh

    exactly what eq? literally just did this in the cav EQ, and my apoc got his 4 charges just fine
