I have a tech AG and Generic AG. Plz suggest whom to awaken and rank up and anyone rank up even unawakened.

    ... Awaken herc then. The way you posted your roster is not very readable. As for the tech gem probably Ultron, otherwise save it.

    As you've got an unawakened Herc, go for that. I can't see him being in the 7* pool, at least not for a long time so it should be a safe investment.
