Battlegrounds and Latency Issues [merged]

I updated the game. The battlegrounds don t work well, there are connection issue and the symbol of the connection error doesnt go away.

It wouldn't break the game's economy to at least compensate a few energy refils, people are spending tons of energy and this mode is currently unplayable with this bugs

It’s not just about refills though. This game mode, based on progression for rewards, is broken at its core. If you can’t choose your team or your attackers, it affects your rank and final outcome. I’m not screaming compensation or anything but kabam needs to get it fixed. I would rather have a playable mode than energy refills to tie me over while the problem continues to affect the greater outcome.

I don't disagree with what your saying and i also prefer a playable mode, but i also don't like having my resources being wasted like that cause i grind for it, i don't think it's fair we lose resources like that and nothing has been done about it, it's not like kabam should send us an energy refil for everytime a bug shows up but it's been months man, months that bg is so bugged and i think it's just fair we get a little compensation

nothing like losing tokens and being thrust back into a loop because of connection issues. it's my favorite thing about BGs.

I’ll not play BG until you fix this problem.

Always the same connection issue, besides AÍ choosing who you ban or use in attack/defense.

It’s more honestly from you to close BG and fix it for real.

Thanks admins for this thread!! It's been the most frustrating experience in the entirety of the games existence for me. Loads of units and limited energy type (tribute) wasted because of issues. I get that bugs n stuff happen, but they never literally lost me money and were always addressed in good time. This has been absolutely dreadful. It's already difficult enough to get teammates to participate in BG too. Now I'm almost literally the only player that participates in my alliance.

At some point you have to call a spade a spade. This mode is not "working as intended". No fix, barely fixed, still not fixed. What will it take for kabam to listen to the Mcoc community? The BG game mode is not working!!!!

Currently, battlegrounds is the most unplayable game mode.
In all these years of MCOC, I've never faced a game mode being plagued with so many issues.
It is a joke BG is still up in spite of so many posts on forums informing Kabam of all the issues.
In the past few days, I've faced almost everything.
1. Connection issues while banning champs, selecting defenders or attackers.
2. Even after you have selected, defenders or attackers don't get locked in and some champ gets randomly selected.
3. After clicking on "I'm ready" to enter a fight, you get taken straight to the post-fight screen and are shown KO in 2 seconds.
4. It shows 'waiting for opponent to get ready', but the fight never starts. Your opponent has finished their match and on the post-fight screen, it shows you KO.
5. The symbol showing an 'internet problem' and the 'loading symbol' are almost always on.

Just got kicked out of a match. Not like it mattered because half my team was picked for me. Literally chose herc and Kingpin but the game wouldn’t confirm. When the time hit zero, overseer and massacre were picked for me. How are we supposed to progress in this game mode as free to play players? I’m not spending elder marks if the mode is screwed

This sucks. Every match there is a problem. It’s sucks that I can’t pick my defenders for a match and the game does it for me. Of course when it does this it picks the absolute worst defender available.

These issues are getting absurd though. I’m usually a big time believer in these things take time, but the modes been around for nearly 8 months. The launch rewards are less valuable it’s been out so long!

The mode clearly hasn’t been ready since the start, but like many new developments in gaming recently, we’ve come to expect a couple months after release before things function properly.

The game is currently in the worst state I’ve personally seen it. Ever.

I don’t wish to be a downer, and discredit the amazing people working hard everyday to make things better. I’m not going to request that things be fixed sooner. That would be disrespectful and insensitive.

I do however hope for more transparency on what exactly is happening, why we think it’s happening, and what we plan to do about it. There’s been some shady situations recently that have left a poor taste in my mouth.

I appreciate all the work being done, and hope to hear more on the matter very soon. Thank you guys for everything you do. Let’s keep the game running for years to come.

Nope. My opponent put a hulking down on defense and I had omega sentinel and wiccan left to choose from. Of course, the white spinning icon makes a celebrity appearance and the game decides I should use omega sentinel for attack.

Match lost, and nothing appears fixed.

Fix and compensate. The apathy towards a broken game isn’t good for the game economy either.

Yeah it's almost as if they don't see any problem
Extremely bugged game modes and all they say is that the team is working on it
But when some issue benefits the playerbase, the fix arrives within hours of discovery
Pathetic efforts for communication with the community regarding game issues
And last but not the least
It's been over 2 years since the game has been broken and for the past few months they haven't even told any updates
