    As long as Wiccan has his opponent neutralised, for each buff his opponent would gain he will place a stack of incinerate instead.
    Gorr procs many buffs, so Wiccan applies many incinerates and melts him.
    Wiccan is also cheese counter for Hulkling too, which many draft and use as BGs defender.
    Wiccan can be used as a defender too, because he limits the counters to incinerate immune or buff immune champs.
    He is a good champ to be on someone’s BGs deck 🙂

    Tigra, Diablo, any champ with who you are comfortable with intercepting (even ghost as you can take a couple of blocked hits and then hit hard with furies), hood, and Wiccan

    Tigra and mordo are the two I use. Nobody expects you to use mordo which is great too, because they tend to hold a counter for him expecting him to be a defender. All you have to do is get to SP2, land the soul barb and then he’ll melt in seconds. When below your first bar try to hold heavy to build fury and get power gain separate to his power gain buff. Speeds up the process. He can get through gorr faster than AA and torch will get through their ideal matchups, can be a useful way to make your opponent waste them. It’s hard to beat him on time when it comes to Gorr honestly.

    Kingpin can work in this meta as a last resort - only sp3 or sp3. Any debuffs become rage etc.

    Kingpin shreds Gorr, just be sure to block his special attacks, it will apply lots of debuffs that kingpin can purify and ramp up very quickly

    Lol almost any mystic champ would do better than Hype here. He isn't really built to counter buff heavy/regen champs who can shrug buffs (node).
