Is the node Deadly Precision - 3 working properly?

Just reached Thronebreaker!
I have finally defeated the Grandmaster and reached Thronebreaker. Such a fun fight and juggs helped a ton. From my rewards I took 6* Rintrah to r3 and got a 5* Doom. Onto more content!
