Dragon man or ibom to r3?

Both are really good defenders in bg and I'm planning to take them both to r3 but which one should I do now (both unduped).

I had the same dilemma a few days ago, ended up going with ibom. Mainly because I'm close to another 7*, there is a chance I might pull Dragon man. Ibom does also have a pretty good synergy with abs man, who I have at r4. No regrets, ibom ate up that tb eq science node...
