It happened last week sometime, no way they would have done it this week due to the 20% extra gold bonus.

It would have been nice to have had an email though telling us how much valor was converted.

@Kabam Miike pls take actions on my matter..i still dont recieved my golds from valor..i save 100k + valor before it ends last week..

This is why I thought they should have sent an in game mail telling us it had been changed. I think mine got converted on either Friday or Saturday.

The only reason I noticed is because I forgot to spend alot of my valor so I received a lot of gold and it was obvious to my account when it got added.

You said you checked on the 12th and then the 13th. I think they converted the valor on line the 8th or 9th so you may have already received your gold.

So i misunderstood the email that sent us first day of valor events?!its indicated there that after the valor events, the remaining valor pts will be converted as golds on the 13th of dec or i guess i just misunderstood it..

I thought it said it would be converted by December 13th, not on December 13th.

Regardless, Kabam Miike is not the person that fixes stuff like this. If you legitimately think you did not get your gold.....go into settings in-game and click "Support"

Its "0" now and yesterday..but i keep on eye in my golds and it did not added a 100k which my valor was after the valor events..

I'd recommend contacting support for this one so they can check into it further. You can contact them by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main MCOC screen and from there clicking 'Support'.
