Is this normal ? Red

I r4'ed red mags and maxed out his sigs four days ago,
After which I've been pulling atleast one red mag per day in shard crystals and obtained Max sig crystals

When I spin the max sig I am only getting 7*shards no awakening gem all four times

Is this normal, I mean four times red mags ...I just opened one per day every time I spinned

    Normal, you have "a chance" at an awaken gem. I don't think they posted the drop rates. I can't confirm.
