Ice Phoenix compensation

When will the compensation for defeating ice pheonix before the nerf arrive? I know alot have gotten them, but also alot who has.

Personally i isued a ticket and have gotten 2 emails, but no compensation

I haven't received any, and I haven't received anything from all the damn server crashes either. I am not holding my breath

I have also issued a ticket and have not gotten any of the compensation for defeating her before the SA nerf.

I issued two tickets and no response
They said they are investigating but no other reply
