1. They've discussed multiple times that this is a hard issue to solve, more than likely different people are working on these thing
2. I literally have no clue what these things would have to do with eachother, I could also say "Oh buff program is paused because you're working on banning modders" makes just as much sense
3. Because CCP does not know everything??
4. Rintrah has been incredibly bugged since the moment he came out, I'm pretty sure just about every part of him has been broken at one point or another
5. What??? How is this a rebalance, it's literally fixing bugs. And like Miike has said they haven't made decisions yet as to how they're gonna fix them, they might change the in game text, or they might change his abilities, we straight up don't know that. And to add to that, some of the issues currently are detrimental to the player, do you think those shouldn't be fixed or made clearer in text?
2- Same people messing with champion s abilities and stats. It s not different departments.
3- They don't, but their purpose of existing is to test stuff, not opening crystals with the money they get from their channels. Especially since it snot "one single hidden bug somewhere in the corner", there s a whole pit of bugs here!
4- Nobody ever said anything of the sort.
5- That's why I said "rebalance" and not rebalance. And if you want my opinion, in general, since a bug is not harmful to the player and is running for ages, they should leave it as it is. We will see what they ll decide on this though.
nerffix some champion from now onAlso, there is no such thing as a "pro-Player" or "pro-Kabam" bug. If it's a bug, it's not good for anyone.
If his descriptions say he should be performing better than he is, you're going to change the descriptions so it reflects how he plays and currently functions. Or you will be tuning him down to reflect "what you meant for the descriptions and outputs to reflect."
There's absolutely no way you'll be buffing Rintrah to the level he was intended. We'll be fed some comment about "Those are the numbers that were originally intended... but we did internal testing and it turns out he was too powerful, so we actually tuned Rintrah down BEFORE his release just forgot to change the descriptions. There's no change or outrage needed here, someone just failed to update the profile."
I'm also sure that someone wrote a post-it note and put it on ICQ during Rintrah's balancing period so of course players have been informed this whole time.
Significant change—even *pro player* significant change—isn’t good for the game. There are still folks sore over small changes from years back (cf. the Drax double hit vs. Mordo astral evade).
I would hope whatever gets done is done with a lot of consultation and communication and testing. That would hopefully involve more than just a few CCP checking it out.

Perhaps the Game Team should try an in-game mail regarding Rintrah's bugs before someone chooses him in their next mystic abyss nexus crystal...
What you're gonna do is do a 5 hit combo, then parry and give 1 medium and then start charging your heavy and then cancel your heavy with your sp1 (similar what you do with captain beardo when he cancel his heavy with sp2), then you will do the same thing for a second time....after that you will simply charge your heavy to gain power just enough to throw your sp2....if rintrah survives that, you will parry and then go for your sp2 once again (by charging your heavy), usually they don't survive 2 sp2 but you know, depends on the fight
Hope this helps ^^
Mr. Moo is gonna be at r1 for a while...
