Hello, Summoners!
Today, we are launching our brand new public Bugs and Issues Tracker, a board that gives Summoners a better understanding of what bugs are currently being tracked and worked on at a glance!
A Bug Tracker is a great tool for communicating progress on issues that are affecting the Community and a step in our efforts to continue to improve the level of communication and transparency that we have with you all surrounding issues that affect your gameplay.
Until now, we’ve always attempted to keep Summoners aware of issues in-game through our Bugs and Known issues forum (which is still active, and will be used for collecting reports on Bugs and any other communications that need to happen).
Each Bug is given its own “Card.” These cards will list the description of the issue in the Title, so you can see what bugs are known at a glance. If there is a workaround or more information, it will be listed in the Description or Comments, but we aim to keep this as “glance friendly” as possible, so you only have to glance at the top level of the board.
There are a few Labels for each Card that indicate the progress of the Bug.
There are two main ways to report a bug or issue:
Report a Bug to our Support Team:
In-game, tap on the Gear Icon on the top left corner, Tap "Support" and then find the correct category for your issue. Remember to include as much information as possible.
Using the Bugs and Known Issues Forums:
In the Bugs and Known Issues section of the Forums, search for any Posts on the Subject. If a Bug has been recently discovered, there is likely a post on the subject already to which you can add your information.
If there is not, tap on the "Create Post" button, and add a descriptive title, and remember to include the information in the Bug Reporting template.

How does the Board Work
The board lists public-facing issues that affect players and will be updated once or twice per week or ad-hoc in case of larger releases or bigger issues.
- New Addition: Indicates that this bug was added to the board recently
- Under Investigation: The game team is looking into the cause of the issue
- Fix in Development: The cause of the issue has been determined, and we are working on a fix for this issue
- Fix Live: This issue has been fixed. May require an update to receive the fix.
- Unable to Repro/Need more Information: We are not able to reproduce the issue and require more information for us to continue researching the issue. You can give us more information in our Forums or via our Support team.
- Not a Bug: This issue may have been reported as a bug multiple times, but is not a bug.
Reporting Bugs:
If you have experienced a Bug or Issue that is not listed on this Tracker, you can report the Bug to us for investigation and listing. There are two main ways to report a bug or issue:

Maintenance:
- The Board will be updated 1-2x per week to reflect our list of internal known issues
- The Board may be updated more often or as needed around larger releases or when larger issues are affecting the Community
- Fixed issues will remain on the board for 1 release cycle following the release of the fix (ie. if an issue is fixed at the start of 36.3, it will remain on the board until 37.0 releases).
A few things to note for the initial launch:
- Input issues are all under one Card at this time (Inconsistency in Control Inputs), and will be separated out into individual issues as we identify them.
- Crashes etc. are very difficult to pinpoint, especially when they are device specific/related. Unless those are widespread, they are not likely to be listed.
- Some bugs will be fixed quickly and may not end up on the Board before they are fixed.
- This may not be complete. If you know bugs that should be listed, please report them!
