Oh no sadly he's not r5 yet, he's r4... takes time to get the resources, but worry not-his time will come.

And yes you are correct but I'm sad about it the same way I'm sad about Psycho man's problems, of course I'll still chase Kindred but it's sad to see a champion so cool being so weak

Im super hype on him. Love the dread activation eating a little of your power. Letting you pull yourself off sp3. easy to apply debuffs that reduce buff duration instead of nullify. Way more reliable than nullifying them. If the numbers are right im sure we will see him fall into his place.

You have to expand on weak in the context of what.

"Human torch is weak" could also be the only thing said.

HT is weaker against Incinerate immune, especially over the course of a path, where you can't use nova flame every time. HT is weak against Iceman. These weaknesses don't make him a bad champion, because he is good in a lot of different areas, and is fantastic in specific matchups (Mystics and energy damage).

If you have Kindred, and you want to help out other players, then explain why he is weak, explain where he is weak, and explain against who is he weak. Then that has to be compared against where he is strong, so players understand if the good/bad ratio is more towards the good or the bad.

His damage is on the lower side - but does that make him weak overall?

He's going to be a better defender than most Champions, along with the ability to consistently reduce buff duration by 90% when needed in a pinch. He has his place in the meta, imo.

Not every Champ is going to be a busted attacker.

I'd much rather fight a r5 sig 200 attuma with no counter in BGs than a r4 sig 200 Kindred with no counter. Dude can mess you up

Looks like she suffers from a similar problem to Ebony Maw. If the degen potency is increased she will become horrible on defense.

Maybe adding some furies mechanics to her kit could help increase the damage output without making her too OP on defense. Her utility though is great, love the sustainability.

Not every champ will be dishing out big numbers. Korg is not op on attack but very valuable as a defender not every champ will be offense focused.

From the testing I did, it seems to be two things: Buffs on the Opponent or having low Health while duped. Buffs are obvious for a Mystic, so more specials to do more damage and pauses, but the sig seems interesting. The Degen and Regen become super annoying on defense because are stronger when they're at low health, at max sig is 80% stronger Degen when almost getting KOed. But also applies on attack.

They're the pure definition of the Mystic class, because doing a fight at low health makes them super quick even with no buffs, but at the same time, the regen is a bit counter intuitive because you can't keep your low health for the stronger Degen.

The scary thing is once Kindred is 10% or lower hp, he will place a 6sec root on your champion.. then place degen with beefy damage melting 100% hp into mush... think about a mystic Korg with degen instead of thorn damage.. he will be scary with full MD.. sad he needs awaken and high sig..

5% health he gets the root, also those degens do heal him up pretty quickly too. He also can't die with the root active so you have to hold a special for when you root him.

He has that element similar to Hulk with his Furies, but too heavy on that side, so unlike Hulk where you can keep your Health high to do a lot of damage, Kindred suffers if he wants those big Degens on Attack. But on Defense, it fits perfectly with the Root at the end of the Health, so I don't really know if there's hope for any changes with the Degen potency.
