Currently running 4* basic arena with Cap WW2 against Civil warrior, used sp2 twice and no bleed occurring

    Civil warrior reduces offensive accuracy for every stack of Armor on him.

    ^that, but also, he gets bleed and poison resistance for each stack. No glitch.

    Resistance doesn’t lower the chance of it being placed, it just lowers the damage that’s done to you and how long it’ll last.

    When he has amore op he hav a canche so u dont proz the bleed.
