If ever there was a champ that needed a defensive tune down it this joke of a champ that glancing buff is way way to op and if he doesn't get a tune down fine but I can't wait to hear the ridiculous reason when someday one does

    I dont think Maestro will go through the rebalance but even if he does, Photon walked away without a tune down, dont count on Maestro getting one.
