SWitch Power Steal Malfunction [Under Investigation]

SW continues to have an issue with power steal since the last update in every mode tested. In Hotel MODOK, facing multiple opponents today (most recent and clearest example was Cable, Uncollected level, ch 3.1, second path left). Fired off SP2 - Cable had more than 1 bar of power, SW had just over 2 bars. Power Steal processed, stole roughly 1 bar of power from Cable. SW gained no power, though the power bar briefly "popped" some power, then quickly deducted it. Ended up with just over 0 bars of power, where I was following the deployed special.
This has happened on every power steal - a brief flash of the power gained, then deducted.

In the old forums, threads about the same issue, that were "under investigation" or "known issues" were combined and stickied.

Why can't this be done here?

I've suggested it on the forum suggestion thread and mentioned it several times in other places. Wouldn't this make your jobs easier?
