Permanent Gifting Badge

I’m only asking this to be certain... this does mean that I’ve earned the permanent gifting badge, right? Which means I will always be able to gift my friends and alliance members?

That’s wassup @hydrogohard I couldn’t find it in my items or anywhere else, so I really just wanted to be certain. I think that’s a really useful badge to have, especially when you’re in an alliance.
