Black Screen Bug

I've been unable to play since the update. Just get a black screen when entering quests, AQ, etc. Can someone please look into this? I'm on Ansroid. Device is a Samsung Galaxy S8.

    Same issue here - I cant see the map and I used a token to enter the side quest - i chanced a rift and I think it may have been a good path but I am unable to move.. game is unplayable

    Same issue, black screens all over the place. Can only see HP bars in fights. Also S8

    Can we get some kind of update on this. It's been 2 days now and I'm still unable to play the game.

    I get this bug is not impacting the entire playerbase but it is impacting quite a few of us. There have been multiple threads started but no comms at all.

    I've submitted a ticket with Support and was told to come to the forums. I come to the forums and there is no help.

    Looking at the previous posts, the bug mainly seems to be affecting those with Samsung Galaxy S8s.

    Even if Kabam can just acknowledge those with Galaxy S8s can no longer play the game, we can all uninstall it and get on with our lives.

    Currently I'm missing out on rewards and could be kicked from my alliance for being inactive. I hope, if a fix is rolled out, appropriate compensation will also be included.

    Im same position like you . Im played in plat1/master alliance. i miss rewards last few days . I also make ticket to support and they tell me the same damn thing. And nobody tell you anything in forums . I believe after tonight when new monthly event begin if the bug its not fix they probably will kick me . And i will stop playing this game .

    I am having the same exact problem, it happened as soon as I updated the game.
    I cant play anything, I cant even see my opponents in AW, cant even see the map, its all blacked out.
    I am also playing on a Galaxy S8, it seems this issue is only happening on this device.
    Can somebody help us?

    I'm also playing on Samsung Galaxy S8. got the same issue. I think it might be a lighting thing. I was testing some things out and for some reason O.G Storms heavy attack makes her slightly visible for a few seconds.

    I haven't seen anything else like that though. I really don't know what to do from here. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, relogging, swapping accounts. I really would like to continue playing this game but this dare devil update is making it a hell of a lot harder to enjoy.

    Can we please get someone to say something on the forums. at least an acknowledgement that this is something their working on/ aware about.


    And for the love of god. please don't come out and say that the game isn't playable on Samsung S8 anymore. I love the game but I don't think I'll buy a new phone for it.

    Same black screen bug in my game too with the same device - Samsung Galaxy S8. @Kabam Miike Could you please help to ack this issue and see if the game team can help. All of us are losing out on quality time and rewards from the game.

    I believe if our device is not fitted anymore they need tell us . Like months behind for example if the game cant be on samsung s8, s9 iphone 8,9 they need tell us few months ahead. So people can be prepering for the changes . Its bug who they can fix . But the question is why they hiding last 48 hours and not respond . And i hope will have compensation for people who got effects of this bug

    Dear Support!
    I would like to ask for your help because the game has been black for 2 days and you can't go to the story or the arena or see anyone and the game is not enjoyable and you can't progress, you can't complete daily missions, which causes quite a lot of backlog
    I'm playing on s8+, if that helps narrow down the nature of the error. Thank you in advance for your help!

    Like you can see more and more gathering in other thread where kabam jax answered he will go vide deeper in the problem . Hope for weekends they fix it .
