Galaxy S8 showing black screens [info request: mar 12]

Im sorry guys thats my 2nd or 3rd post but thats so frustrating as i cant enter a single fight for two days since the update and no one responded on posts regarding the black screen bug, ive read the requirement of my device and i met it (android 9) but i dont know how long it will take , i hope there is a solution soon as this is the only game i play and for 8and half years now @Kabam Miike

In that case, Kabam need to update their app information because it currently states the game is compatible with the S8 - Required OS - Android 8.0 and up.

This needs to be reviewed if this is no longer true.

Same black screen here. Samsung galaxy s8, android 9. Sent ticket to them 3 days ago and they said to watch here for updates. Still nothing. They said s8's weren't being made redundant in game

It didn't work, I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

On an s8? Aren't they on 24 now? I'm surprised the game will even fit on the memory let alone be able to run it at all.

Cache and data cleared, forced shut down, newly logged in, still everything black.

This is getting beyond a joke now, 7 days ive had this issue and still nothing, i hope we get compensation for this or i dont think many of us will be very happy, im missing out on battlegrounds, aq, aw and all side quests right now, please hurry up and fix this asap!
