    In that case, Kabam need to update their app information because it currently states the game is compatible with the S8 - Required OS - Android 8.0 and up.

    This needs to be reviewed if this is no longer true.

    Same black screen here. Samsung galaxy s8, android 9. Sent ticket to them 3 days ago and they said to watch here for updates. Still nothing. They said s8's weren't being made redundant in game

    I've updated my Google Play Store review to 1 star. Stating the reason as the game no longer works on the Galaxy S8.

    They emailed me that they identified it as a bug and they are working on it

    They dont work on weekends so the problem will stay at least couple days more . And they lier you about they working 😁😜

    Hey Summoners,

    Here with an update and an ask from the engineering team:

    They have taken a "debugging step" they are hoping will resolve the issue for those impacted. They're not convinced it will work, but there's a chance and it will help the overall investigation.

    The change will take effect about 30 minutes from now. Could you please try forcing closed the game and relaunching/re-logging in.

    We'll continue the investigation with the additional information.

    Hate to be the bearer of bad news, samsung s8 is about to be a 7 year old device... Might be time for an upgrade.

    Not everyone is willing to make a largely pointless phone upgrade.

    It didn't work, I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

    On an s8? Aren't they on 24 now? I'm surprised the game will even fit on the memory let alone be able to run it at all.

    Mcoc (1.8GB)
    there is nothing surprising

    Unfortunately, it didn't work.
    Cache and data cleared, forced shut down, newly logged in, still everything black.

    This is getting beyond a joke now, 7 days ive had this issue and still nothing, i hope we get compensation for this or i dont think many of us will be very happy, im missing out on battlegrounds, aq, aw and all side quests right now, please hurry up and fix this asap!
