**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Hi. I just need a big favor to ask. I am using a google play account as a playing account in MCoC. Now, I'm planning to transfer my game to an iOS device using a kabam account, sadly, i forgot the account name nor the password. Is still there hope for me to get my account to iOS device? Thank you for the response and please help me.

    You can take a look Account Transfer info here (CLICK HERE) to see how to transfer between devices.

    As far as the issue of forgetting the login information, you will need to contact support about that. It is not something we can handle here in the forums, unfortunately.

    To reach out to support, n the game on the home screen, please tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”. Seek your question, if you’re not able to find the answer and have more questions, tap the button that states, “Need more help? Contact us” to submit a support ticket.

    Can you guys have links in a different color? It's really difficult to differentiate between goldenrod and a hyperlink here

    Try this.

    Do not sign out from Google Play.
    Create a new Kabam account and select continue game.

    If it works, you can now use this Kabam account on the IOS device. Happy gaming!

    If not, the app 'remembers' the Kabam account but you did not.
    You have to contact Support.

    Ok, I know Android is having problems currently.
