Who to rank up post act 8.4?

Just finished up with act 8.4, and now need some advice on who to rank up. Based on my 7 star roster, who should be the first one I take to rank 2? (Also just pulled Destroyer from my first Titan, so any tips are appreciated)
I used on 6 star 4-5 gem on Doom, and once I form another skill T6CC, I'll be taking Kingpin to Rank 5...who is the other 6 star I should rank up? I'm leaning towards Scorpion, but wouldn't also mind taking up either of Kitty, Herc, or Ultron (I've got a bunch of dust so I can ascend them all):

Personally I think I’d go Shuri (still don’t have her myself) but you really can’t go wrong. I love my r2 Gamora who I pulled last night from 8.4.
Kate is a great champion to rank up for necro and overall content, she has my vote for 6*s.
