That's not something you can usually do. I heard if you have a good reason and you file a support ticket sometimes they let you but idk if that's true.

I changed my name successfully. You should be able to change your IGN (Ingame Name), if you message Kabam Support about it, listing 3 names. IF those names aren't successful, you need to list 5 names.
