Help me understand this math please

I maxed Liquid Courage which makes me lose .6% health. I then maxed willpower which adds .7% health. Somewhere, I'm still losing 2 health per second. I should be in the green here. In fact I should be able to only have 2 points in WP and break even (.6 vs .6).

So can someone explain to me why I'm losing health with this?

I am not 100% sure but I believe wp is figured off your base health (doesn't figure in masteries and synergies) and lc is factored figuring in (1 or both) masteries and synergie.

Your going by percentages so they are each different. One adds to your base health the other takes from overall health or visa versa.
