Stuck frozen at last tile 8.4.1

Yesterday I completed 8.4.1 Aegon boss but whenever I try to click on the final tile it starts doing the white circle with the WiFi sign.
I tried deleting the app and restarting. I tried it on a different phone. It won’t work and I’m still stuck.

I’ve contacted support and they were not helpful. My ticket number is 637056.

I have items expiring and I need someone from Kabam to just help me by moving me to the last tile in this quest.

    I have the same issue too. I tried going through the other paths and taking down a different boss...same result. Even switched from my Samsung S21 to my old Ipad (6th gen). Had an alliance mate have an issue with 8.4.2 too.

    I have the same issue. Just completed 8.4.1 and when I defeated America Chavez, I could not reach the last tile and I get the same blinking Wi-Fi signal. Kabab Support has not offered me many answers and my ticket number is 637084. The only option apparent would be to end the quest, but I would lose out on my progress and any possible rewards, which is not appealing to me.
