Tap new events twice to get rid of notifications

I suggest you mark new events as „seen“ when they where displayed.
With the new UI I have to tap every single event. Then you have to tap on the left to make it go away again.
That‘s just a lot of unnecessary tapping for the notifications to go away.
I don‘t see the need to acknowledge every single event actively with 2 taps

    Please fix this ASAP, it's really frustrating trying to clear the constant spam of red notifications by having to click each and every one and wait for the animations every time, back out, do it again, etc.
