Prowler in raids isn't working the way it should

So I'm in the 3rd fight of raids and prowler hasn't been showing any prompts so I can't gain charges, is it happening to others to.
Kabam please look into it, I wasted 2 revs then realized it.
Please tell me if I'm doing something wrong or others are facing a problem to.

    Check the node, Prowler on your path is probably on the pure punishment mission node which required you to punish either specials or heavies.

    Middle path, third node. You get faltered when you try to punish his specials. **** move by kabam placing him there. Bait his heavy and punish that for charges.

    I am disgusted by this design. For first time I am thinking about uninstall.
