Its supposed to be available in Nov so... That looks like 1 frame from 30 fps...

Does OP think 60 fps means 4k resolution?

Also 60 fps specials are really smooth and nice. No longer got abs man with his wrecking ball sp2 that doesn't even visually go out it's full length due to current fps restrictions. It just teleports

I work in a video related Software company. Was recently working on 4fps, 10 fps, 20 fps and 30 fps. It will be hard to tell from bare eyes especially when many things are happening on screen but if a frame count is added you can see a drastic change in quality. 30 frames in 1 second and 60 frames in 1 second, you will see a more and smoother movements in later. You can also pause comparison at a particular time and there will be noticeable difference (as in your screenshot).

In childhood have you did the assignment where you have to draw the same image on each page of a notebook and when you go through the book it looks like a moving picture?

Imagine the game like that. Each second, the game goes through the book. 30 fps means the book has 30 pages, or 30 frames, which means less precision. You have to skip some details.

But in 60 fps, the precision of the graphics is double. So you can notice some details which were not visible previously. And the animations will be smoother than 30 fps.

Okay so I do film and before I started, I looked a lot at the basics of film and photography. Basically imagine you were to have a classic camera, using a shutter and you were taking a video, for arguments sake. Say it opened once every second then where that image is every second would be what you see. If it is two every second, imagine it as the shutter opening and closing twice in a second so it captures it in two places in the second, giving it more detail etc. Now if you had it at 30 fps, then in one second, you have 30 frames, 30 pictures that make up the movement ig. The more frames you have the smoother the movement because you are theoretically getting more frames between the frames so you are packing more detail and action in every second. Hope this makes sense guys. Completely possible I have botched explaining the concept, I'm new to film and photography

60 fps looks buttery smooth next to the 30 fps.

1) confirm that your device can view the framerate.
2) confirm your bandwidth isn't causing youtube to stream at sub-60fps
3) rip the file directly and view on your 8k edit bay monitor like me. Here's the file info:

You either have bad eyes or your device somehow isn't showing all the frames in the video. Either way, you'll be proven wrong when it launches. 60fps is a MASSIVE difference.

Videos limit the amount of fps you get I believe, so what you're seeing isn't what you're actually going to experience

YouTube usually gives 720p60, 1080p60

So try to increase video quality or just watch latest video of dazzler and spiral, that's also in 60fps
