Beta Test - Technical Issues Thread [PLEASE READ ORIGINAL POST FOR STATUS]

Hey Beta Testing Summoners!

This thread is to report any technical issues that you may be having with the Beta Test program. Please report any problems that you encounter, and provide as much information as you can, including where the problem occurs, and if you have any reproduction steps (steps to make the problem occur).

Status Update:

We are still working on getting the Beta out to everybody, but this will be taken care of over the next hours, or day. Players that are seeing the Errors when trying to connect, this is because you also do not yet have access to the Beta, but are able to try and log into it for an unknown reason. You will also find your way over the next hours. Give it some time. Trying to log in over and over will not speed the process.

The Auto-Fight issue should now be live in the mode so you can toggle it off if you were stuck with it on.

The Orange Beta Hub button should be there for all Players.

If you do not see the Auto-Fight Button, or are not able to find the Orange Beta Hub button, please let us know.

Lastly, we had reports that players are using their Live energy in the the Beta servers, but this is not possible. It may be a case that when you account was added to the Beta, you did not have full Energy, but it is not possible for a completely different server to use Energy on a different one. If you do happen to find that this is happening, please send us screenshots or a video.

Are you logging in with Kabam or Game Center? Log in through Kabam. The only way for it to be logging you in under the old account is if something is tying you to the old account. Like your Game Center log in. Or if you got Kabam to switch your email to a new (your current) MCOC account. If that's what has happened, and I doubt it is, then Kabam would be at fault for this oversight of not also switching you on the new server. That would be such a rare exception they could be forgiven.

In my earlier post to you; I was trying to suggest that you do a full uninstall, purging your auto sign in credentials. Some setups on some apps allow you to keep "sign in data" when you uninstall. That's handy if you are planning to reinstall the app and don't want to bother trying to find your saved password or favorite things or reconfigure settings, as applicable to certain apps.

My champs, notably Red Hulk, have been released from AW on the MAIN server. However, in the beta, he remains firmly locked. Can't test anything like this. Can you correct this 'bleed over' effect between the two servers? This makes precious little sense. Thanks.

If I signed up for this beta, will that affect my potential participation in future betas (ie is there a system where you don't want the same people always doing beta tests so you rotate participants in and out)

And, if so, will the fact that I cannot log into the beta at all affect my future participation candidacy?
