Cancelled alliance war

Greetings Summoners,
The points from the canceled Alliance War from Season 53 have successfully been clawed back - and if you qualify for compensation for the canceled War, you should see it in your in-game mail.
Since we needed to manually adjust the Season points, the payout for the Season Rewards had to be slightly delayed.
Note, that if you look in-game, you won't be able to see your Alliance's adjusted placement until rewards are sent out.
You should expect to see these rewards in your in-game mail before the end of the week!
Just saw this message can anyone clarify what it means... Like some alliance got points from the cancelled war and now kabam is deducting them... Or are the points reconsided and credited to everyone who played and won that war?
