I just pulled Shathra, is she mid? Did she get passed on a buff if she is?

If there was a champion released as good as herc, they'd get a hard nerf at rebalance period.

To OP: Shathra is amazing, I really hope to get her soon so I can take her to r3. Good in BGs, and Questing. Lots of survivability, but takes time to adjust to her playstyle.

No sugarcoat, she's ok but I'd take spiral over shahtra any day.

There are lots of videos and examples where Serpent still reached sp3 against shahtra, not cool.
If you already have Chavez then I won't suggest you go after shahtra to chase, let her come naturally.
